The hotel is located very near the train station and you can really easy and comfortably reach the center of Madrid. On general the hotel is ok, the rooms are spacy.
Some more English language skills will be helpful for the receptionists. In our case with solving a situation that occurred with the payment.

Room was very good value for money, Wifi also good service.
Breakfast - not much choice and dining area was cold. Also difficult to converse with staff as my Spanish is not good, and their English was also not good. Also - their amex link was down.

This hotel is like a maze! Getting lost in its many hallways and corridors is just part of the fun. Such an adventure!
The breakfast was a real treat - cold, tasteless food and very limited selection. Just what I was hoping for, said no one ever.

Great location, central to all attractions and accessible by public transport. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the shower was fantastic.
The noise level was unacceptable, especially during the new year period. The soundproofing was very poor, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and corridor.
